Hi, I’m Jessica! The creator of Securely Her

And I’m so honored and thankful you are here!

I’m a licensed therapist, private practice owner, wife, mother, and consider myself a cycle breaker.

For years, I’ve worked with women who felt overwhelmed, triggered, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they couldn’t seem to change. Many came to me believing they were failing in their relationships, struggling in motherhood, or simply not doing enough.

But what I’ve discovered—both professionally and personally—is that motherhood has a way of bringing old wounds to the surface.

The moments that trigger us most often aren’t just about what’s happening in front of us. They’re often connected to experiences, beliefs, and survival patterns we learned long before we became mothers.

Like many women, I entered motherhood expecting to learn how to raise a child. What I didn’t expect was how much motherhood would invite me to continue healing myself.

Some of my greatest growth has come from the very moments that challenged me most—the moments that exposed old fears, unmet needs, and patterns I didn’t want to pass on.

As both a therapist and a cycle-breaking mother, I’ve come to believe something deeply:

Motherhood doesn’t just raise children.

It raises everything within us that still needs healing.

And while that can feel overwhelming at times, it can also become one of the greatest opportunities for transformation.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when women stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and begin asking, “What happened to me?” That shift creates space for understanding, compassion, healing, and change.

Today, my passion is helping mothers understand their triggers, heal childhood wounds, break generational cycles, and create healthier relationships with themselves, their partners, and their children.

Because healing isn’t just about changing your life.

It’s about changing the legacy you leave behind.

If you’re here, I want you to know something:

You don’t have to do this perfectly.

You don’t have to heal overnight.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

Every moment of awareness, every repair, every choice to do things differently matters.

The cycle can stop with you.

And healing can begin with you, too.

Thank you for being here. I’m truly honored to be part of your journey.

And if you are ready to start your healing journey, please reach out.

With so much warmth, - Jessica
