Interested in working together for 1:1 coaching sessions? I’d love to meet with you individually if that’s your preference or if you’d like additional support to a group program!
Individual sessions allow me to get to know you in a deeper and more individualistic way, so I can provide you support specific to your exact needs. I’ve been meeting with individuals for a variety of different mental health needs since 2012 - and for almost six years now, I’ve owned my own therapy private practice providing individual therapy as a licensed therapist.
I’m extremely passionate about supporting women during their most difficult and vulnerable times, so that they can get to a place of feeling like the best version of themselves. I started offering coaching to have the ability to work with more women no matter where they are located in a broader capacity. Coaching is an excellent way to dig deep on specific issues, and then equip you with specific tools to move forward and see the changes and healing you want.

Individual Sessions
You can meet with me for individual coaching sessions at your convenience and specific needs. It can be a one time meet, ongoing for several months, or scheduled as needed. You can also purchase 1 month or 3 month packages. You get to decide what feels helpful for you.
Cost of 55 minute sessions: 175.00
One Month Package: 620.00
Three Month Package: 600.00
What I specialize in and work the most with:
Generational and relationship trauma, including emotionally immature/toxic/abusive parents and chaotic/traumatic childhoods; learn to do it differently and learn to believe that you can.
Healing toxic partners/relationships and learning how to have a healthy relationship with others
Learning to have a healthy relationship with yourself, including self-worth/esteem/confidence, learning to set boundaries and stop people-pleasing, stress management, learning to feel/process emotions
Supporting you during betrayal, separation, divorce
Grief/loss of relationships/unmet life expectations
Life transitions, figuring out what you want in life/goal setting, change
Body image/acceptance and working on mental blocks related to health/wellness journey
Motherhood: ALL the things ! Especially cycle breaking, identity, relationship changes with self/others, stress management/burnout, professional women who become moms
