Three options to Become Securely Her.
Self-Guided Video Format:
This self-guided video (plus e-book) option allows you to go at your own pace and on your own time. It includes hours of education, materials, and resources for you to apply to your own life as Jessica (a licensed therapist) teaches the fundamentals of what it means to have a healthy relationship with yourself.
Becoming Securely Her Group:
Want a more interactive option? Jessica will lead weekly groups teaching and facilitating live communication to support women on this topic. This option allows you to learn and get direct support from Jessica and other women in the closed group. It’s a wonderful option to gain perspective from other women and feel no alone on your journey.

If you’d like additional support, Jessica also offers an option to go through the course with her directly.

Part 1: Connecting with your Emotions, Wants, and Needs
This course will help you to learn how to connect with yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. You will learn to better identify, validate, process, and regulate your emotions, wants and needs. You’ll be taught how to regulate your nervous system to better manage stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and intense emotions.
You’ll feel more connected with yourself as you gain clarity with your wants, needs, thoughts, and emotions. You will learn to not suppress or invalidate, but to process how you feel without getting stuck.
You will learn to break unhealthy cycles and family dysfunction as you gain understanding about what you were taught regarding emotions, personal needs, boundaries and more (and then learn how to do it differently).
You’ll learn how to communicate and put boundaries in place, helping you to get your needs met by yourself and others.
You’ll build your confidence and resiliency as you feel more in control of who you are with strong skills to regulate emotions, difficult situations, people, stress, and more…
Part 2: Self-Worth, Shame, and Stopping Negative Self-Talk
If we grew up in childhood trauma, it's common to struggle with our self-worth, identity, and negative self-talk. In this course you will learn to give yourself compassion, kindness, and forgiveness. You’ll learn to let go of shame and release hurts that were never yours to carry. You’ll learn to change your inner dialogue and start to walk in confidence. As you learn to do this, you will have a quiet confidence that will demand respect and expect nothing less than you deserve from the other relationships in your life. And if you want to change your family tree, this course will allow you to model true self-worth/love to your children.
Part 3: Identity & Owning Who We Are; Your Future
Do you struggle with truly knowing who you are in this season? Or ever? Perhaps you have some idea, but it's difficult for you to truly show up as your authentic self and align with your core values. In this course we will dive deep into who you see yourself as and who you want to be. We will challenge unhelpful core beliefs and help you walk with confidence in the identity of who truly are. You’ll start to imagine and create a future you feel in charge of and excited about. We can’t control all the variables in life, but we can control how we show up and what we decide to do with them.
