Becoming Securely Her

The Goal: Becoming Securely Her was created to help women learn to have a healthy and secure relationship with themselves, so they can have healthy relationships with others.

Becoming Securely Her has been broken into different parts to lessen overwhelm and to allow intentional focus on each specific topic more easily and with more depth.

The How: Each topic will be available as an individual program that can be self-guided or done with Jessica, - or you can participate in the program as part of a group. Whichever option you choose, you will have access to a closed community group of women that are also working on Becoming Securely Her. This community will allow you to ask questions outside of sessions/groups, additional resources, ongoing emotional support, and know you are not alone.

The Where: Virtual (So anywhere you live or want to do it!)

Programs Include:

Connecting with your Emotions, Wants, and Needs

This program will help you to learn how to connect with yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. You will learn to better identify, validate, process, and regulate your emotions, wants and needs. You will also learn to help your children connect and regulate their emotions, as well as learn to communicate your needs to those around you. This group will teach the importance of emotional attunement and identify how your family culture, childhood, and past relationships have impacted how you process and regulate emotions, as well as how you connect with yourself and others around you. It's hard to share how you feel with people around you, if you don't know how to do it yourself. Want to learn how? Reach out and learn more about this group and when it will be starting.

Self-Worth, Shame, Identity, and Stopping Negative Self-Talk

If we grew up in childhood trauma, it's common to struggle with our self-worth, identity, and self-talk. Learn to give yourself compassion, kindness, and forgiveness. Learn to let go of shame and release hurts that were never yours to carry. Learn to change your inner dialogue and start to walk in confidence. And also, if you want to teach your children how to do all of this, it definitely helps if you know how to do it yourself.

Identity & Owning Who We Are

Do you struggle with truly knowing who you are in this season? Or ever? Perhaps you have some idea, but it's difficult for you to truly show up as your authentic self and align with your core values. In this class we will dive deep into who you see yourself as and who you want to be. We will challenge unhelpful core beliefs and help you walk with confidence in the identity of who you want to be.

Boundaries, Communication, and Self-Care

When we learn our worth, who we are, and walk with confidence, we will have a better time putting healthy boundaries, communication, and self-care in place. However, we also need to work on identifying what our boundaries are, how to let go but still let people in - and learn to communicate them to others. This program will help you put boundaries in place, communicate your needs, and make space for you.
