Courses that not just change you, they change your family tree.

Becoming Securely Her Part 1: Your Emotions, Wants, & Needs

If we weren’t taught how to know our emotions, wants, and needs, we don’t just magically know how to one day. Same goes for learning how to communicate those needs and put boundaries in place. Which means, if we weren’t taught, we must seek to learn to know how.

This course was designed to strengthen the relationship you have with yourself as you learn to connect with yourself on a deeper level to truly identify what you feel, think, want, and need. You will learn to name and regulate your emotions, so that you can better cope with stress, overwhelm, and difficult people. You’ll gain self-trust and confidence as you learn to identify what you need, learn communication skills to ask for your needs to be met with confidence, and recognize where you need to put stronger boundaries in place to protect your needs and make yourself a priority too. This course also helps you dig into how your family history impacts your ability to cope and connect with yourself and others, so that you can do relationships and motherhood differently, to change your family tree.

As you learn to do this, you will have a quiet confidence that will expect respect and nothing less than you deserve from the other relationships in your life. Learning to Securely Attach, Regulate, & Repair With Your Child

If you grew up in childhood trauma, in abuse, chaos, or with emotionally immature and difficult parents, you probably didn’t receive emotional attunement and experience secure attachment with your caregiver. You probably also didn’t learn how to regulate intense emotions or the importance of co-regulating with others, especially your child. And if you didn’t receive that, most likely you didn’t learn how to healthily repair with others.

One of the greatest indicators of becoming securely attached is having a caregiver that knows how to be emotionally attuned with their child.

This course helps you understand emotional attunement and how to securely attach with your child, so that you can start to heal generational trauma and end family dysfunction. You will also learn the importance of co-regulating emotions and practical skills to help you co-regulate with your child. And third, you’ll learn to repair with your child to assist with creating a safe, loving, and secure environment.

This mini course will help you feel confident to securely attach, co-regulate emotions, and repair with your child.
