Become Securely Her through virtual groups and individual sessions.
1:1 Sessions
One to one sessions are offered two ways.
#1. You can go through a topic specific program individually, where you will meet with Jessica virtually for individual sessions via a more structured and topic specific format. These programs include check-ins/follow-up throughout the week, in addition to sessions, to provide additional support as you work through a program. Details regarding programs are below.
#2. You can meet with Jessica for coaching sessions at your convenience, wants, and specific needs. One to one support can be a one time meet, ongoing for several months, or scheduled as needed. You get to decide what feels helpful for you.
Groups & Securely Her Collective
Groups meet weekly for 75 - 90 min sessions on topics related to secure attachments, generational trauma, relationships, personal worth/identity, and more.
Groups are closed, topic specific, and last for a set duration of time (~8-16 weeks). In addition to groups, there will be a closed Securely Her Collective, consisting of group members. The Collective will include multiple check-ins throughout the week to keep the group conversation going and to provide additional support as individuals work on implementing what was discussed in group. The collective group aspect allows you to feel supported by others, as well as learn from others experience. All groups and Collective discussions will be facilitated by Jessica Rix, a licensed therapist.

Coping with Emotionally Immature Parents
This program is for adult children that grew up with emotionally immature parents and desire to heal from the aftermath and ongoing difficulties that can arise from unhealthy parent-child relationships. During this program you will learn about the types of difficult, immature, or toxic parents, how to process, deal, and heal from their behavior, and practical skills to put in place to have the healthiest relationship with them that you can. Please know that the purpose of this group is not to tell you to end your relationship with your parent - although that does happen. However, most of us want to continue a relationship in some way with our parent. This group helps give you words and tools to heal and deal with your difficult parent. For the situations that might include complete separation from your parent, this is your group too.

Heal Your Inner Child; End Generational Trauma
This group is for the women who want to learn to heal their past childhood and relationship hurt, so they can end generational trauma and be the mother they want. This one digs deep and helps you find those places you need to heal and let go of, so that you can end family dysfunction and have the parent-child relationship you want with your own children. We will never be perfect, but for a lot of us, we haven’t truly taken time to heal past hurts to be free of intense triggers, overwhelmed nervous systems, and family dysfunction. Your time is now to learn to heal, let go, and get clarity on how to mother the way you want.
